Anarchy is the organisation of society on the basis of voluntary cooperation, without political institutions or hierarchical government or any other form of Mafia.

The Nature of  The State

The statists claim if you have anarchy you will have chaos and disorder, lawlessness and violence, but the reality is, when you have Mafia (government), you are certain to have these things in spades, governments are forms of Mafia, as are corporations.

Anarchy does not mean you do not have social models, it means you function on reason, and build social models that can be applied without coercion or extortion by any individual within a common framework, using that framework is a free choice, but the anarchic models I suggest generate huge selfish advantage for the individual, financially, socially, medically, and in individual and collective security.

A State is an expression of the status of the land (Status- first recorded in 1665–75; from Latin: the condition of standing (standing from stead – the place of a person or thing as occupied by a successor or substitute)). A slave takes the name of their owner (Ba’al), for example Albien, meaning the ‘surface terrain’ was changed by the Vatican to Angleland (England) upon enslavement of the conquest in 1086, after a 20 year genocide and invasion, ownership usury was established, a census of collateral was compiled to be used against Vatican loans with the completion of the dooms day book, which catalogued all the property upon the enslaved land. Once the fiefdom is formed and the population enslaved they generated slave law known as legislation where slaves are granted rights and have duties imposed, in addition they are subject to the policy of the corporation (monarchic or governmental) within the boundaries of the fiefdom known as their jurisdiction.

The slaves cannot own, they buy deeds of tenancy and pay annual rent to the state known as rates or land tax, the state Mafia have no basis to claim ownership, which hides the allodium. Link: The Nature of Ownership

Ownership is the externalisation of the internal reality, from those who utilise the land as ‘their own’ being allodarii, they are enslaved and made subject to a legal fiction and so must pay an owner to gain a deed of tenancy, or a land title that grants the slave certain rights, ‘to own’. A State is a body politic, which is the legal definition of a corporation; politic is from the Greek word polis, meaning “city”, city is from the Latin cīvitāt meaning- “citizenry” indicating a place of business for the citizen; a concept devised from the city of Rome which had a hierarchical structure of status holding some as slaves owned by citizens, others as citizens owned by the legal entity of the city and others as owners beyond account (the psychopath category dominates at the apex of the State, as the authors of policy and the owners of resource monopolies).

Evidently ‘politic’ means the policy imposed upon the “citi-zen” (‘city owned’), the property of the corporation; political means engaging in the activity of creating policy of corporation for the administration of governing the minds of the citizens, the owned property.

Sovereign Citizen

Some claim to be a ‘sovereign citizen’ as a member of a political movement (political is corporate policy) of people who oppose taxation (usury), question the legitimacy of government, and believe that they are not subject to the legal system. These are not anarchist as they are political and are claiming to be the property of the state, as citizen.

Sovereignty is never given, it is always taken, it is an external state imposed, not an internal state claimed upon the self.

Sovereignty means – pre-eminence (supremacy, dominance); authority, rule (14th century); in the sense of “existence as an independent state”- “super above” also “influenced by reign”.

Even if you considered you rule yourself, it does not make you a sovereign, which is exclusively an externalised state, as sovereign means authority, you cannot be your own sovereign as you could not author to wield authority and subjugate upon the self because you do not apply the five sources of sovereign powers.

Sovereigns wield powers, they impose slave law known as legitimate power, the legislative legal system. Like all slave owners use the power of reward and punishment, using their stolen resources from the slaves to reward or punish them to make them compliant. They build structures of education that indoctrinate allowing some to exist as parasites claiming the power of the expert, who claim to posses knowledge in a sea of educated ignorance. They control information to establish the power of reverence and gain worship of the house slaves and they the use the power of coercive force, threats, blackmail, extortion, intimidation and other forms of coercion to stimulate an outcome. 

The Inconspicuous Social Contract

Sovereignty is the possession of sovereign power by a legal ‘person’ (corporation), through the fealty of a social contract, forming the baseless principles of political right.

Corporate dictates are imposed through the un-witnessed authoring, founded on the mutable Social contract (compact), standing as an un-rebutted and ethereal, in as far as it cannot be examined, unnatural agreement, allowing codified corporate policy upon all ‘authored’ legal constructs. This cannot bind a living soul, so you must be represented as a legal entity (straw man).

All contract is a reduction of agreement, a contraction, allowing agreement without direct consent and allowing a non-reciprocal, or one-sided agreement. Inherently a living soul cannot be a party to any contract for these reasons, a living soul does not sign, they seal (an identified physical imprint like a thumb print) and all agreements must be reciprocal and witnessed to be binding. Consideration is the inducement to contract, so the insurance. The State contracts without consent or signature, through approval by inferred or implied consent. Consent through silent conformity, legal submission, or deception. 

The entire edifice of the State and its constructed legal system is founded upon the implied contract.

Constructed legal fictions are authored by individuals on behalf of a ‘public’ (corporation), that results in the formation of the state, the prime motive for consent of the subjugated souls being the desire for protection from encroachments upon their liberties, while ironically the consent through silence or compliance of the living souls to identify themselves and their properties with the authored fictions of the State, demands the surrender of some or all inherent liberties.

If you are under the authority of a sovereign, you are considered a ‘subject’, and can be ‘subjugated’ (being subdued, ‘placed below’) through the authored constructed legal fictions which provides authority of sovereign rule.

Anarchic Violence

Anarchists regard the state to be at the centre of structural violence: directly or indirectly preventing people from meeting their basic needs, and draining or restricting access to resources, so believe this abuse calls for violence as self-defence. These are not anarchists, these are terrorists.

Anarchists should not care what systems exist, a true anarchists seeks to build an anarchic alternative social structure, you cannot escape the slavery of hierarchical abuse, unless you create an alternative model, so by ending their monopoly.

Removing accountability is the purpose and foundation of hierarchy; organisational structures where every entity in the organisation, except one, is subordinate to all above.

Anarchic arbitration of wrongs can be established and those held to account that inflict wrongs, whether president or king. Relief does not mean to inflict punishment on the wrongdoer, rather it means to provide relief from mental anguish, to pursue the wrongdoer in such a way that they’re held accountable for their actions, and relief is established for both the souls wronged and the souls who acted to wrong. It means that in the substantive system, no wrongful action shall remain untracked, unanswered or ignored. Link: Part Two. You cannot have law unless they are slave laws; laws are written by superiors and inflicted through violence on inferiors, so the law model is worthless, you have inherent power and need no written laws, all wrongs can be determined through the reciprocal duty of care and two simple axioms. Hobbesian, Lockean and Kantian Anarchic Sophistry

The basis of the Lockean “deterrence culture” of anarchy is competition, actors play the role of rivals within a legal-political model. The relations between them are formed on the basis of the principles of balance of power, neutrality and conflict management. This is not anarchic, anarchy is built on reciprocal bonds, cooperation serves to build relationships and wealth, not competition, which is isolating and tends to be violent.

Hobbesian, Lockean and Kantian sophist anarchy describe anarchists as barbaric, needing hierarchy to manage the inherent violence of man, but inherently reasoning men are not violent, irrational men and psychopathic men are violent. The foundation of true community and so anarchism is the skill to reason to truth, as a prerequisite of community.

True Anarchy

Basic anarchism is built upon common anarchist principles of voluntary cooperation, mutual aid, and direct action. True anarchism is free of all forms of hierarchy, free of the five forms of usury, free of all legal fictions and free of all imposed monopoly.

Anarchism requires, as prerequisites, the skill of reasoning to truth and a closed bond of interaction, because you cannot form community with a group of irrationalists nor a group of strangers, just as much as you cannot form hierarchy upon a group of rationalists. Hierarchies of control work to prevent the skill of reasoning through the mandated schooling system, once a soul can reason to truth they’re no longer fit to be a slave, conversely, any irrationalist that applies themselves can become a rationalist if they so desire.

Usury is corrupted and confused, to allow those who wish to steal, to hide or attempt to justify their thefts from their victims.

Usury is a benefit from a loan of a thing, so if I loan you a house and you return the house to me in the same condition as it was borrowed, that is fair, but if I demanded a benefit of rent that would be usury. The most that could be demanded would be the loss in depreciation of the labours invested in the object loaned.

Trade is externalised by the Ba’alists (ownership model) to make the substance itself, and not the labour valued, inherently we can only own, as our own, the fruits of our labours, we cannot own, as our own, any material substance in of of itself. We trade the labours invested within the substance, or we trade services provided through our labours.

Trade is the reciprocal exchange of the fruits of my labour for the fruits of someone else’s labour. Usury (riba) is not trade.

Usury is a one-sided extraction of the fruits of the labours of another, which has 5 basic forms:

The House Slave Mind

Slave: After large parts of Slavonia (the current Yugoslavian Federation province of Serbia, as well as portions of surrounding countries) were subjugated by the Holy Roman Empire in the Middle Ages, a Slav became synonymous with someone who lived in physical servitude as a domesticated animal.

Fear is the basis of State, founded upon feudalism and maintained through hierarchy.

States are the conclusion of the imposition of feudalism, feudalism has always been achieved initially through hierarchical packs of psychopaths operating as bandits roaming the land, attacking, murdering, pillaging, raping, and enslaving whomever or whatever they coveted. Their leaders were known as ‘Lords’, a term originally meaning ‘a wandering bandit on the land’.

The innate allodial and terrente (tort) system based upon inherent power was attacked and violently replaced with the ownership and monarchy (Mafia) system which evolved into the constructed legal fictions system. Feudalism is simple to achieve once the system of accountability and relief from tortious acts is destroyed; once the psychopaths have isolated communities from any external assistance, they are attacked through siege, and even if the defenders repel each assault there is no relief from the danger of further attack, this leads to the allodial holder seeking the only protection available; to give themselves and all their resources in fealty to the most powerful psychopath, this is ownership, the psychopath sends his new vessel, now a serf upon a ship of commerce, to work the land that was formally held by the allodarii, but now he works as a slave for the benefits the psychopath, who will now, supposedly afford him and his family protection from other roaming psychopaths.
