The Nature of Civilisation

Written By Abdun Nur

"The only people who steal are thieves, and that's a very small percentage of civilization. Most people want to have some way to make the economic transaqction valid. They want to return the favor, if you will... return the benefit and reciprocate." - Michael Nesmith

The first aspect of reasoning is to examine the evidence at the root, and examining words exposes many realities most people are unaware of.

Always keep in mind all forms of positive law are based on the same logical fallacy, that fallacy being you’re bound by the grants, claims and dictates of another within the area designated as a fiefdom. No one is my superior, nor I theirs, to dictate upon me.

Civilisation is the act, the process of ‘civitas’, meaning political control (corporate policy control) through citizenry (authored re-presentative form a straw man fallacy), this hierarchical fiction is known as society.

"Civilisation Defined:
Maximum Profit With Minimum Liability

People confuse capitalism with open and unrestricted trade, but capitalism is trade within a monopoly of capital, so it is not free, it is bound by capital, which functions to prevent or allow economic activity under the permission of those with capital." - Abdun Nur

A society is an association or company of ‘persons’, a person is a fictional expression of rank within a hierarchy, the collective persons are the public; the “public” are the external expression, “persona”, of the fictional perception of the body politic of a corporate State.

A citizen is a “person” of a “jural society” with the granted right to exercise all (possessed) civil and political “privileges”.

Privilege – a particular and peculiar benefit or advantage enjoyed by a person, company, or class, beyond the common advantages of other citizens. An extraordinary or exceptional  power or exemption. A right, power, franchise or immunity held by a person or a class, against or beyond the course of the law.

Jural pertains to the doctrine of rights, to “jurisdiction”, and is sanctioned by positive law. The “jural sphere” is to be distinguished from the “moral sphere”

  • The moral sphere is the whole scope of ethics and the science of ethical conduct.
  • The jural sphere is constructed legal fictions that are subjected as legal sanctions upon the dominated.

Society, whose origins are from Latin societās,  from socius ‘a comrade’ meaning  a group of soldiers billeted together.

Jurisdiction is a power introduced for the “public” good, on the necessity of dispensing “justice”.

Latin Prō bonō pūblicō “for the public good”. Many of the worst excesses in ancient Rome were perpetrated for that ostensible reason.

“Public” applies strictly to that which concerns all the citizens and every member of the Corporate State. (So don’t be a member of the State corporation)

All citizens are ‘subjects’; to be ‘subject’ is to be inferior; ‘sub-‘- means subordinate, beneath, below and ‘ject’ means “to throw”. Reject is to throw backward and deject used to indicate “privation”

Privation means “a taking away.” a lack of the usual necessaries of life.

Private means “taken away”, “to rob”

This quote is made by a statist, even statists recognise the symptom, but sadly cannot grasp the disease, however the symptom is very relevant.

“Corporations are fictions. They have been assigned a human and legal personality, and now they’re trying to dispossess people of their democratic rights, and they’re trying to dispossess nature of her rights. We are at a watershed for human evolution.

We will either defend the rights of people and the earth, and for that we have to dismantle the rights that corporations have assigned to themselves, or corporations will in the next three decades destroy this planet, in terms of human possibilities.” Vandana Shiva

A right is a grant from a superior (master) upon an inferior (slave), and exists at the whim of the granter, ONLY a slave has rights, a free soul has inherent power.

t keep on living & doing business THE SAME OLD WAY

A civilisation is a constructed perception, so is purely fictional, it is a hierarchical structure populated by citizens (those who are the object of corporate policy), subject to the policies of the govern mental corporation.

A political (policy making) corporation is both, public and municipal, public meaning, re-presented (straw man fallacy) constructs pertaining to a feudal State; the State being an indication of status over the land within the constructed boundaries the corporation claims, which is a feudal expression of ownership.

Municipal means “that which belongs to a corporation”. A State is a body politic, an expression of hierarchy, a ‘state’ which determines a status for all within its tree of death, impose the will of the owning class upon the tenant class, the masters and the slaves.

Civilian one who is skilled or versed in civil law. A doctor, professor or student of the civil law. Also a private citizen as distinguished from such as belonging to the army and navy, or in England the Church.

Physical Necessity Verses Moral Necessity

Hierarchy imposes “physical necessity”. A condition in which a soul is absolutely compelled to act in a particular way by overwhelming superior force.

The basic function of all govern mental corporation is as a protection racket mafia, this requires a monopoly on violence to impose, and allows the open extortion of the slaves within the farmed area of the corporate fiefdom. Physical necessity relies on division into ranks, and granted rights imposed as slave law to function.

"Corporation: An ingenious device for obtaining profit without individual responsibility." - Ambrose Bierce

Anarchy creates “moral necessity”. A condition of innate reciprocation, where there is a duty incumbent upon a “rational being” to perform, which they ought at the time to perform. Moral necessity relies on common unity, and inherent power to function.

All civilization if hierarchical

Civilization is performed by turning information (an accusation presented by a corporate officer, exhibited against a re-presented (straw man fallacy) constructed fiction for some criminal offence, without an indictment) into inquest, or the contrary.

An inquest is a body of men appointed by law (corporate policy) to inquire into certain matters; an inquest is a trial of an issue of fact where the plaintiff (the complaining re-presented constructed fiction) alone introduces testimony. All crimes therefore must have the fiction of the State as the plaintiff, as a crime is an act committed or omitted, in violation of corporate policy, a breach of any imposed right or duty due to the issuers of the corporate policy, to which all authored subjects are bound.

“Government: If you refuse to pay unjust taxes, your property will be confiscated. If you attempt to defend your property, you will be arrested. If you resist arrest, you will be clubbed. If you defend yourself against clubbing, you will be shot dead. These procedures are known as the’Rule of Law’!” Edward Abbey

Modern civilisation is economic slavery bound to institutions within the confines of a Corporate State; the culture of statism, a cult is a hierarchy of worship, a culture is an instrument (written documents) of worship.

“All socialism involves slavery. That which fundamentally distinguishes the slave is that he labours coercion to satisfy another’s desires.” Herbert Spencer

So the constructed fiction of the State births limitless sub- (colour of right) –cults (worship); a cult of capitalism for example, where wealth is worshipped by all and hoarded by a minority, whose opulence stands in stark contrast to the poverty of the masses.

Hierarchically enforced resource scarcity and usury extortion, allows money, infrastruture and land hoarding, as legislated monopoly privilege for an elite, making poverty for the majority common place.

This is achieved through hierarchical structures of control, within descending ranks. The psychopathic feudal model is built upon three worlds, the Over-world (legalised mafias – psychopathic) – the Commercial world (economic slaves – empathic) – the Underworld (illegal mafias – psychopathic) – See ‘Predators and Prey’)

A colour of right (law) means the appearance or semblance of right (law) without any substance at all, merely a fiction that is created to deceive and manipulate others, being both unenforceable and deceptive. An example of colour of law is the declaration of human rights.

“The World” does not refer to the Earth or “The Planet”, “The World” is the commercial construct of money, business and corporations.

All the ‘worlds’ religions are then commercial and corporate, created and moulded to subjugate the minds of the masses to be subservient to the will of their masters, Christian, Muslim, Jew, Hindu, etc.

A pagan can be labelled a ‘heathen’, used as an offensive term intended as a deliberate insult towards somebody who does not acknowledge the ‘God’ of the vilifier, expressed to deride their way of life, knowledge or values.

The masters of the slaves instill the ideas of institutionalised hierarchical religion into the minds of the masses, and teaches them to ridicule, disparage and express supremacy over those with an alternative hierarchical ‘world’ religion, in a divide and conquer methodology.

“Nowadays the term pagan has become almost synonymous with devil worship – a gross misconception.

The word’s roots actually reach back to the ‘Latin paganus’, meaning country-dweller. “Pagans” were literally the unindoctrinated country-folk who clung to the old, rural religions of nature worship. ‘In fact’, so strong was the Church’s fear of those who lived in the rural villes that the once innocuous words for “villager” – villain – came to mean a wicked soul.” Dan Brown

The idea of a pagan has been reinvented in modern times by the new age movement, itself a creation of the cult of Masonry through ‘the hermetic order of the golden dawn’, so bringing those beyond the reach of conventional ‘world’ religion back upon the ‘ships’ of commerce; modern pagans now worship animals, trees, sun, moon, air, water, earth, etc. and preach inaction, through vibrations, crystals and other new age philosophies, they champion elitist agendas under the delusion of fighting them, such as climate change or eco building, both directly opposite of reality.

Pragmatically What Is Civilization?

"The Great Lie is that this is civilization. It's not civilized. It has literally been the most blood-thirsty brutalizing system ever imposed upon this planet. This is not civilization, this is the Great Lie. Or if it does represent civilization, and that is truly what civilization is, then the Great Lie is that civilization is good for us." - John Trudell

In action, civilization is the killing of animals, cutting of trees in the name of development, polluting of the air, water, food and environment in the name of industrialization.

If you allow hierarchy to dominate and a civilisation to be formed, then the soulless psychopaths will construct a nation of sheep slaves, ruled by soulless wolves and owned by soulless pigs.

We’ve been trained by the media, TV shows, and movies to believe that people will regress into a violent, irrational, and primal state if given half the chance. But in times of true crisis, history has shown that the great majority of people will support each other, even to their own detriment. We have allowed them to convince us to be afraid of each other, so that we’ll let the powers that be take away our freedoms in order to ‘protect us’ from ourselves. But they forgot about the tenacity of the human spirit. A few people are waking up, throwing off their shackles, saying, peacefully yet firmly, and without backing down, ‘No more’.

Which is better paganism (living with nature) or civilization (fighting against the nature), decide for yourself ?

“There is something about modern society which persistently denies human nature. People are separated from the natural condition in which they might be happy and fulfilled and as a consequence social problems develop.”

“Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must, like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it.” Thomas Pain
