The United Kingdom Corporation Limited ‘Prevent’ strategy’

“The number of children arrested in relation to terrorism offences has reached its highest level since UK records began nearly 20 years ago… Statistics relating to the police’s use of powers under the Terrorism Act 2000 revealed there were a total of 181 arrests for terrorism-related activity in the year ending 31 June 2021, 49 (21%) fewer than in the previous 12-month period and the lowest annual total since 2011.”

Of those 181 arrests, 24 were children under the age of 18, a record high of more than 13% of all arrests, “It is thought that these increases are being driven largely by the sharp rise in young people arrested in relation to “online” extreme right wing (political (corporate) Jihadists, fascism, Nazism) terrorism activity.” (Link: Counterterrorism Police UK)

In 2022, 17% of terrorism-related arrests were people under 18, as young as 13. That equates to 32 arrests.

Strangely Neil Basu, a former Metropolitan police assistant commissioner and senior national coordinator for terrorism stated, when talking about extreme right-wing ideological terrorism, that the ideology within the UK “is either unimportant or doesn’t really exist”. According to Prevent’s own statistics, from April 2021 to March 2022, for the second year in a row, referrals because of extreme right-wing radicalisation (20%) were higher than Islamist referrals (16%). If it is unimportant and doesn’t actually exist why are they arresting and prosecuting people for thinking about it?

Three quarters of children arrested on suspicion of terror offences in Britain are claimed far-right extremists.

Less arrests for far left wing political (policy) ideologies (meaning corporate), like communism, socialism, environmental extremism, religious extremism, State separatist extremism, opposition to the State extremism.

Ministers are studying plans that would result in children (radicalised children, ridiculously claim to have mental illness) being compelled to accept help (forced re-education, electronic monitoring, surveillance, restrictions in access and movement) or face jail, devised by Jonathan Hall KC, the independent reviewer of terrorism legislation. “Children aged 17 or under who have been arrested for lower-level terrorism offences (sharing illegal or anti government narrative information or downloading material online) would be given a choice. They could either risk prosecution, imprisonment and a criminal record or accept stringent measures.”

The government Mafia is imposing fear to establish thought-crime policing, this will continue to expand as the suffering generated by governments to establish, the global great reset plan, moves forward. When you instil fear, when you kidnap children and adults from their homes for writing, reading or sharing information you don’t agree with, it is ‘YOU’, not they that are the terrorist!

The terrorist Neil Basu, the head of UK ironically labelled counter-terrorism policing until 2021, stated, “(government) is not doing enough to counter ‘non-violent’ Islamist extremism”. Terrorism of course is the use of violence and intimidation, how sharing information or downloading material, or wearing a piece of clothing with a name or flag on it could be considered violence, is hard to understand, unless by criminalising non-violent information sharing, the purpose is just to generate terror in others, in order to maintain political authority, which is the very definition of terrorism.

The terrorist William Shawcross a British journalist, writer, and broadcaster, was appointed Independent Reviewer of Prevent in January 2021, and has written an 188 page report, all accepted wholesale by the terrorist Suella Braverman British barrister and Home Secretary, who praised the 188-page report. Amnesty International said the report was “riddled with biased thinking, errors and plain anti-Muslim prejudice”.

Extremism is then ‘any desire to (fundamentally) change the status quo’ of the incumbent State Mafia, or to question the government narratives.

This means any ideology, from far-right to far-left and all in-between are equally worthless, they all seek to alter corporate policy, fundamentally they all represent a form of Mafia policy control, and no Mafia has any value ideologically.

“In order for schools (including pre-schools) and childcare providers to fulfil the Prevent duty, it is essential that staff are able to identify children who may be vulnerable to “radicalisation”, and know what to do when they are identified…

Protecting children from the risk of “radicalisation” should be seen as part of schools’ and childcare providers’ wider safeguarding duties, and is similar in nature to protecting children from other harms (e.g. drugs, gangs, neglect, sexual exploitation), whether these come from within their family or are the product of outside influences.”

The terrorist Mark Rowley (the outgoing Assistant Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police for Specialist Operations and National Lead for Counter Terrorism Policing) stated, “Extremists should lose access to their children.” (Link)

The goal of the State Mafia is to claim “radicalisation” as a new form of child abuse, to treat terrorism as akin to paedophilia, in order to forcibly remove children from their parents, a powerful method of terrorism, the primary objective is to spread fear, insecurity, and anxiety in the parents (and children) who are made paranoid about what their child looks at online, what the child talks about at school, who their child talks to, what their child thinks about or investigates.

Many parents are hypochondriacs, many parents are criminals or benefit cheats, many parents discriminate against ethnic or sexual minorities, many parents support extreme political parties or belong to unusual or militant religions. All of these follies are visited upon their children, who may well adopt or “model” them in their own lives, but those children could not presently be removed for those reasons. They want to change that, kidnapping and abusing the children of people, the State agents, deem radical or against them, is a powerful tool of abuse. (Link)

How do government Mafia define radicalisation? – “vocal or active opposition to fundamental British values, including democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of different faiths and beliefs. We also include in our definition of extremism calls for the death of members of our armed forces, whether in this country or overseas”.

The agents of the State Mafia are actively and constantly seeking to expand the existing powers, they believe they need to terrorise people, in order to fight radicalisation; defined to – “build the capabilities of communities and civil society organisations so that they can campaign (a series of military operations intended to achieve a particular objective) against the large volume of extremist material, including online.”

The terrorist William Shawcross stated. “Challenging extremist ideology should not be limited to proscribed organisations but should also cover domestic extremists operating below the terrorism threshold who can create an environment conducive to terrorism.”

“Amend section 58 of the 2000 Act to make it clear that ‘it is an offence to view or otherwise access terrorist material online’ without a reasonable excuse; it will be a reasonable excuse if the person does not know, or has no reason to believe, that the material is likely to be useful to a person preparing or committing an act of terrorism, or for a person to access such material for the purposes of carrying out work as a journalist or academic research.”

“Make it clear that publishing an image of an item of clothing or other article (such as a flag) of a proscribed group online in circumstances arousing reasonable suspicion that a person is a supporter of the proscribed group is unlawful under section 13 of the 2000 Act; in addition, we will provide the police with the power to seize such articles from an individual who is displaying them in a public place, if an officer reasonably suspects that the item is evidence of an offence under section 13.”

“Make clear that an offence under section 1 or 2 of the Terrorism Act 2006 (“the 2006 Act”) may be committed where a person makes a statement or disseminates a publication encouraging terrorism even if the person to whom the statement or publication is communicated does not understand that they are being encouraged to engage in terrorism (for example because they are a child or vulnerable adult).”

The Internet “This can range from someone encouraging another to engage in terrorist activity (section 1 of the 2006 Act), to someone watching or reading material which could be of use to a terrorist (section 58 of the 2000 Act), and could involve publishing pictures of flags or clothing associated with a proscribed organisation (section 13 of the 2000 Act) in order to promote that organisation.”

The Bill of Rights prevents access to international courts, as the government Mafia make clear that the UK Supreme Court is the ultimate judicial arbiter of laws in the implementation of human rights.

They clearly state there is absolutely no freedom of expression, you either believe their lies or you will be criminalised, even to dare to think anti-state narrative is a criminal act, “freedom of expression cannot be an absolute right when balanced against the need to protect national security… the freedom of expression is limited” (Link: Consult Justice Gov.UK – paragraph 216)

Government Mafias harness big data for social media surveillance of the population, law-enforcement officers or government agents may have a granted right to spy, a private citizen is not allowed to record another person’s behaviour without their knowledge or consent, the terrorist organisation of government, claim to take their powers from their slaves, those they govern mentally, but the powers government agents grant themselves, their slaves never possessed to confer.

Freedom of expression is very dangerous to any state Mafia, the UK corporate Mafia of State works like all others, for example the Turkish AKP government has increased restrictions on freedom of speech, freedom of the press and Internet use, and television content, as well as the right to free assembly, all State Mafias globally are doing the same, as the great reset moves forward, more and more true information is blocked by censorship in exchanged for propaganda (lies). It’s amusing how government Mafia’s always include the word ‘free’ in their labels, when nothing could be further from that state.

On February 2023 a huge earthquake hit Turkey, within half an hour the State blocked access to social media platforms such as twitter, which prevented many from communicating and so stopped local peoples coordinated rescue efforts, so greatly hindered efforts to save lives. (Link)

State Mafia’s always use the same lie, they remove freedom of expression to prevent the spread of disinformation. The Turkish government Mafia imposed a disinformation and fake news bill, that puts people in Turkey at risk of criminal action for sharing information the government Mafia disagrees with.

Disinformation is another term for lies, people that spread lies on the Internet pale in comparison to government agents in the invention, dissemination and pervasiveness of outright lies, they label this propaganda, which is just another term for lies, a term used when ‘lies’ is too strong a term.

In general people on the Internet, ‘the man on the street’, as the media label them, tend to seek out and tell the truth, as far as they can determine it, sadly few are able to reason well, and a few openly spread lies, but you do not need to prevent a liar, you simply need to learn to reason to truth, then it doesn’t matter if one imbecile lies, or if State Mafia agents lie, because you can easily see the lies and disregard them. The State is not censoring the Internet to protect anyone from lies, but from truth, the fantasy of anti-terrorism is only a smoke screen to that objective.

Social media (Internet) is the modern mass media, just as the monopolies of television, radio, newspapers and books were used to control the perceptions of the masses in the past, the power over perceptions of these old technologies grows less effective year on year. Now, social media dominate perceptions of social structures. But unlike the information vehicles of the past, research studies show social media increase incidence of anxiety, stress, depression, body image concerns, and loneliness in teens and young adults. It increases social isolation as it’s not a true way to build human connections, as “Friends” on social media, are not actually friends, but strangers, who in general have no emotional, social or intellectual investments within others in their friend group.

It destroys incrementally the attention span people are able to maintain, it prevents real world social interactions, because it drains vast amounts of time each day; in short, it’s unhealthy for both mind and body.

The owners of State Mafia’s have spent vast sums of money to monopolise all large social media platforms, and seek to censor and control what information is allowed to be expressed, and track and hold accountable those who even read subversive truths within those controlled platforms.

Lies are the basis of corporation, as a Mafia can only exist upon lies, and all corporation is a form of Mafia.

This is the reason, no matter what is examined, it quickly becomes clear it is built upon lies, from government, to medicine, to economics; and lies are used to manipulate, extort, repress, control, subjugate and impoverish the masses. So, what corporation peddle as disinformation, is generally just the truth, exposing their many and varied lies.

The Five Eyes (FVEY) is an intelligence alliance comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States, whose emphasis is placed on monitoring the World Wide Web, in the ever expanding of surveillance capabilities under the fantasy on the “war on terror”.

Documents leaked by Snowden in 2013 revealed that the FVEY has been spying on one another’s citizens and sharing the collected information with each other in order to circumvent restrictive domestic regulations on surveillance of citizens. The former NSA contractor Edward Snowden described the FVEY as a “supra-national intelligence organisation that doesn’t answer to the laws of its own countries”

Several countries have been prospective members of the Five Eyes. Israel, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan have or continue to collaborate with the alliance.
